Shipping & Returns


All orders are shipped to your doors from within Canada – Oure warehouses are located in ON, QC or AB. You will never have to pay duties, cross-border fees or brokerage.

Orders $99 or more (before taxes and after discounts) are eligible for Free Shipping* in Canada. Some restrictions may apply for remote areas and oversize items.
A flat shipping rate may apply for orders less than $99 (before taxes and after discounts).

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days. Same day shipping on featured brands. Shipping & handling times are generally 1-2 days. 

After your order is shipped and a tracking number is provided, BabyStyle cannot intervene in delivery of the package. You may contact the carrier for additional shipping information or request.  

To ensure fastest delivery we may use any of the best suitable shipping partners: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Canpar. Freight items (over-sized & heavy items) may ship with SameDay or Purolator.  



International Shipping

At this time shipping is within Canada only.


Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Return policy is simple! New and unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Please contact our care team to obtain your Return Authorization. Our team will contact you within few hours with simple instructions on where the products can be returned.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused & in the same condition as initially received by the customer. Products must be in the original packaging.

Used products are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Final Sale, Discounted & Seasonal items are not eligible for a return.
Defective items will be exchanged by the manufacturer free of charge.

Buyer's Remorse Returns & Refunds:
In case you change your mind after your order is shipped, you may ask for a Return Authorization. Once the return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued immediately. In such cases of Buyer's Remorse, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
To complete your return/refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
